Chrissy Teigen given us her daily dose of Twitter gold, this time with a thread dedicated to her recent purchase of a pet hamster for her and husband John Legend’s toddler Luna over the weekend. She also revealed Legend isn’t too “thrilled” about it -- which only makes her “love her even more.”

The model and cookbook author chronicled her gradual findings of life as a hamster mom, and in true Teigen fashion, the posts were not only informative, but also hilarious. “They told us we can feed her anything. My mom said 'rice?' And they go 'no, not rice,'” Teigen wrote. "They also said 'don’t really touch her for a week. Then touch her a lot or she’ll bite you' it’s very confusing, being a hamster mom."

Apparently, owning a fluffy hamster comes with very tedious instructions, such as not getting a buddy hamster or else they’ll “bully” them. Fans then began to ask the Lip Sync Battle host to post a photo of Peanut Butter, to which she answered with, “I just went to take a picture of her and I honestly can’t find her” and then that “she won’t come out from her paper dust crap stuff but she is super cute.”

Teigen then gave the people more than what they wanted by sharing a video of the hamster, who was indeed cute...and a bit aggressive as it bit down on the cage. “Is this normal,” the mother-of-two captioned the video.

She then let worried fans know that Peanut Butter has ample space in her cage, tweeting, “We got her everything and more and a giant space to roam in. If I had a safe enclosure for a hamster farm, I would have that.”

On Monday, Teigen gave an update: “welp the hamster got out. just what you all told me would happen.” However, just a few hours later, she added, "found her!!"

Best of luck to Teigen, Luna and Legend with their new fur-buddy.
