Antonella Barba arrives at the American Idol Season 8 Finale held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on May 20, 2009 in Los Angeles.

American Idol alum Antonella Barba was indicted last week on 11 federal charges, according to new court documents. The charges include one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess cocaine, heroin and fentanyl with the intent to distribute and 10 counts of distribution or possession of cocaine, heroin and fentanyl with the intent to distribute.

The 32-year-old, who competed on season 6 of American Idol in 2007, is currently in custody until her court hearing on Thursday (Feb. 14), according to the Virginian-Pilot. She was initially arrested in Norfolk, Virginia, in October and pleaded not guilty to intending to sell 100 grams or more of heroin. The indictment alleges the songstress was delivering fentanyl when she was arrested.

The new charges comes eight years after Barba was reportedly caught trying to steal a pair of gloves from Urban Outfitters in 2011, and ended up charged with two misdemeanors and served one day of community service, according to the New York Post.
