Prince Poppycock Turns up the Drama With Lady Gaga Cover on 'AGT: The Champions': Watch
Prince Poppycock always makes a grand entrance and the flamboyant performer was true to form when he appeared Monday night on America’s Got Talent: The Champions.
Though he managed only fourth place during his initial stint on AGT’s fifth season back in 2010, the opera singer became a fan favorite with his camp costumes, fabulous persona and vocal talents.
For NBC's champions spin-off, the 40-year-old former store clerk (real name John Quale) tackled Lady Gaga’s “Edge of Glory” with a typically theatrical delivery.
It was totally over the top, the judges loved it (Simon Cowell, not so much) and Gaga would almost certainly approve.
