Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters performs onstage during the One Love Malibu Festival at King Gillette Ranch  on Dec. 2, 2018 in Malibu, Calif.

Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins' 11-year-old son seems to be following in his footsteps: on Saturday (Dec. 22), Oliver Shane Hawkins sat in on drums during his dad's Chevy Metal gig in Los Angeles.

The pair were joined at "Eat, Drink and Support," benefiting the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, by Dave Grohl on guitar for a cover of the Rolling Stones classic "Miss You."

Grohl also appeared with Chevy Metal to cover Thin Lizzy's "Jailbreak," Black Sabbath's "The Wizard" and the Rolling Stones' "Bitch." The charity show also featured guest performances by Lisa Loeb and Nikki Sixx. The event also featured musical performances by Jessarae, Jessica Childress, and Foie Grock, including Bruce Kalman, Duff Goldman, Geof Manthorne and Brent Woods.
