Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs arrives for the 2018 Met Gala on May 7, 2018, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Three days after her tragic death, Diddy has taken to Twitter to pay tribute to Kim Porter.

"For the last three days, I've been trying to wake up out of this nightmare," he wrote. "But I haven't. I don't know what I'm going to do without you baby. I miss you so much. Today I'm going to pay tribute to you, I'm going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship."

He followed it up with a second tweet, adding, "We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER SHIT!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love."

Porter passed away at the age of 47 on Thursday (Nov. 15). No cause of death has been released. She and Diddy began dating in 1994 before eventually splitting up in 2007, and they have three children: 20-year-old Christian and 11-year-old twins Jessie James and D'Lila.
