Demi Lovato is back home, having completed a 90-day in-patient rehab program after being hospitalized for an overdose earlier this year, and now she's hitting back at rumors that she's not surrounding herself with the right people.

After a fan account on Instagram posted "It was completely unfair to fire Dani. She’s one of the few who really cares about demi’s health and has been helping her for 3 years, she’s surrounded by people who only care about her money and she doesn’t see it" and added a comment saying that "the demi team is so rotten and she does not realize it, needs a total change, mainly from dancers pretending to be friends," Lovato responded with a few comments of her own.

"You have no idea what you're talking about," the singer wrote. "True friends don't do interviews about you when you OD."

Lovato returned to Instagram earlier this month after completing rehab, posting that she was "so grateful to be home" in time to vote in the midterm elections.
