Troye Sivan & Charli XCX perform on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Nov. 12, 2018.

Troye Sivan’s career is in full bloom right now.

The Aussie pop artist recently landed another top 10 with his new album, Bloom, he stars in the new drama Boy Erased, and last night dropped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

In a chat with the host, Sivan admitted he was terrified by his earlier, first stint on the late night show, and he confessed his worries while recording Bloom because...he wasn’t sad. Sivan gravitates towards misery, apparently. Sivan also discussed his collab with Charli XCX on 1999 and managed to laugh at himself when Fallon showed a picture of old-school Justin Timberlake alongside a photo of Sivan mimicking JT with a dodgy wig.

The pair then got to work on a performance of their retro-spectacular “1999.”

While on set, Sivan showed off one of his talents in the hallway with The Roots looking on. Check it out below. Sivan returns to The Tonight Show this Thursday.
