Like mother, like daughter. In a sweet tribute to her mom, Zoe Kravitz bared all and recreated Lisa Bonet's iconic Rolling Stone cover in a photo shoot revealed by the magazine on Sunday (Oct. 28).

Exactly 30 years after her mother turned heads on the 1988 Hot Issue -- the 29-year-old decided to pay homage and mirror Bonet's nude picture from inside the issue rather than the original cover where she wore an oversized t-shirt. “It’s less about the picture, and more about doing the thing my mom intended to do. That feels cool," Kravitz told Rolling Stone.

"I've always loved that cover so much. When I think of Rolling Stone, that's always the image that pops into my head. It's a really striking image of her. It's beautiful," the singer shared.

Keeping with tradition, Rolling Stone also asked the singer to define the word 'hot.' "To me 'hot' means someone who's vibrant and confident and comfortable with who they are," she stated. On Instagram, Kravitz shared the cover adding the loving caption "Life imitates art."
