Rock & Roll Hall of Famer's dedicated station debuts ahead of new album, 'Blood Red Roses'

SiriusXM will launch Rod Stewart Radio Sept. 20 on Channel 30.

The limited-run channel will feature music from throughout Stewart’s five-decade spanning musical career, including his early days in Faces and The Jeff Beck Group up to previews of new tracks on Blood Red Roses, his 30th studio album out Sept. 28 on Republic.

The album’s first single, “Didn’t I,”  is the two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee’s 23rd Top 10 hit on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary Chart and his first original, non-holiday song to enter the chart’s top 10 since 1999’s “Faith of The Heart” from the Patch Adams soundtrack.

Rod Stewart Radio will feature hits, live songs, rarities and b-sides, as well as exclusive stories from Stewart about his music, touring and life.

Rod Stewart Radio, which will run through Sept. 30, follows other limited-run SiriusXM stations devoted to such acts as U2, The Beach Boys, Dave Matthews Band, Phish and Billy Joel.

SiriusXM has approximately 33.5 million subscribers, according to the radio company.
