Alec Baldwin Talks Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's Marriage Plans: 'I Want Them To Just Spend Time With Each Other'

Alec Baldwin might not be your first choice to dish out marriage advice, but that hasn’t stopped him from imparting his wisdom to Justin Bieber and his fiancee Hailey Baldwin.

The Hollywood star is Hailey’s uncle, and he gave some friendly family advice as he strolled the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival for the premiere of his latest film, the Emilio Estevez-directed drama The Public.

“People who get married young — and they are very young — I want them to just spend time with each other,” Baldwin told People. “Obviously, him, in particular, has this crazy superstar career.”

The New York-born actor is twice married and is in a happy place. “I’m quite a bit older than both of them, but I got married recently, a few years ago. And my wife [Hilaria] and I had four kids in four-and-a-half years. We have a lot of little kids.”

Bieber and Baldwin dated in 2016 before splitting, but their romance was rekindled earlier this year. The happy couple got engaged in July while visiting the Bahamas and enjoying dinner at a local restaurant, TMZ reported, citing two eyewitnesses.
