Mac Miller's DUI Case Will Be Dropped

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office will soon be filing the paperwork to drop DUI charges against Mac Miller.

According to a report by TMZ, the late rapper was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday after he was arrested in May after crashing his car into a utility pole while under the influence.

Miller died of a reported overdose on Sept. 7, and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was 26 years old.
