Pink performs during her "Beautiful Trauma" tour opener.

P!nk, an amazing mom herself, is always up for supporting families.

At her Brisbane Beautiful Trauma tour stop on Monday (Aug. 20), 14-year-old Leah Murphy was in the crowd with her aunt, Katrina Donkin. Leah originally planned to attend the concert with her mother, who died in June before they had the chance to experience the show together.

Leah, her aunt and friends held up signs at the concert, hoping that the pop star would notice. The sign read, "Hi, my name's Leah. I'm 14 years old and I just lost my beautiful mum. I would love a hug," according to Australia's ABC news station.

Donkin told the publication that the crowd parted ways to let Leah be visible from the front row. "P!nk just held her felt like 20 seconds," she recalled. "And Leah's only 14, she's a teeny-tiny little thing and she just sobbed uncontrollably in her arms."

Leah, who is a massive fan of the singer, and the songs have helped her grieve. P!nk took a selfie with the teen, signed her arm in marker and told the crowd to call their moms.
