There's a whole lot of pop power in these photos. As Katy Perry continues to cross the world with her Witness: The Tour, it's not uncommon for fellow pop stars to be seen in the crowd or hanging backstage with Perry. On Saturday evening (Aug. 4), it was Celine Dion's turn.

The "All By Myself" singer had a night off from her own tour, and spent it witnessing Perry in concert. The two pop powerhouses spent some time chatting and taking pictures before the show, which were posted by both singers on their social media accounts. Perry commented "CELINE DION SHOWED ME HOW TO DO THE FAMOUS CHEST SLAP AND I DID IT TO HER WHILE SINGING FIREWORK AND I BECAME A FIREWORK."

Celine was very impressed by Katy both in person and in concert, and said "A 'California Girl' and a girl from Quebec meet in Australia! You're the best Katy, thanks for the amazing show! Love you." The two are both touring the region, with Perry's Witness: The Tour wrapping up at Spark Arena in Auckland, New Zealand, on Aug. 21 and Dion's Live 2018 tour coming to a close at the same venue on Aug. 14.
