Taylor Swift arrives at the Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 20, 2018 in Las Vegas.

Taylor Swift took some time before her Philadelphia Reputation tour stop to meet with a fan struggling with glioblastoma brain cancer.

Meghan McCain, whose father Sen. John McCain was diagnosed with the same cancer, reached out to the "Delicate" star to link her up with 21-year-old fan, Lexi Caviston.

"Hey @taylorswift13 - we have never met, but anyway you can meet Lexi at your concert in Philly? She is fighting the same #glioblastoma cancer my father has and this would make both of our days! xo, " McCain wrote on Twitter on July 5.

Swift naturally agreed, and the two met for hugs and photos. See below, and check out the GoFundMe page here dedicated to raising money for Lexi's medical bills.
