Everyone’s favorite wrestling ladies return on June 29. Netflix debuted the official trailer for season 2 of GLOW on Tuesday (June 12), and the plot continues to thicken. Facing cancellation after Ruth (Allison Brie) seemingly rejected the sexual advances of a film producer, the gang, led by the dysfunctional director Sam Sylvia (Marc Maron), decide to let their freak flags fly. “I say we do whatever the hell we wanna do,” Sylvia says. “Set the weirdos free and see what happens.”

This time around, many of the ladies seem to be wrestling with more than just each other. “I forgot to pick up my son at day care today,” Debbie (Betty Gilpin) says at one point, hinting that her role as a newly-single mother is not going as well as she’d hoped.

While all seems lost, the trailer ends with a series of empowering messages, showing that the ladies will definitely not go down without a fight. “I know what I’m worth and I’m not apologizing to anyone,” Debbie says to Sam.

With Bonnie Tyler's anthem "I Need A Hero" playing in the background, and Michael Sambello's "Maniac" serving as the soundtrack for the season's announcement trailer, this season's music is also shaping up to be better than the last.
