Ahead of the fourth annual Red Nose Day on Thursday, Victoria Beckham designed a special Spice Girls T-shirt for the initiative to "promote the message of Girl Power to young women and children around the world."

Red Nose Day brings entertainers together to raise money and awareness in an effort to end child poverty. Beckham’s T-shirt features the girl group donning the red clown noses synonymous with the event -- and Ed Sheeran is among the celebrities urging fans to get involved.

Sheeran took to Instagram to post a pic of himself in the T-shirt in support of the cause and explained where fans can pick up a shirt of their own. The performer also said that in addition to the proceeds supporting children in poverty all over the world, he will watch "Spice World the movie on repeat for 24 hours, coz why not."

Actresses Debra Messing and Jodie Sweetin also shared photos of themselves wearing the tee, and all of its net proceeds will go toward the Red Nose Day Fund.

Red Nose Day is a three-hour broadcast that will air live from Rockefeller Plaza in New York beginning at 8 p.m ET on NBC. The event is organized by Comic Relief USA, a nonprofit that is built on the idea that entertainment has the power to drive positive change. The Spice Girls T-shirt can be found here
