FORM Arcosanti has officially announced that Chance the Rapper will not be performing at this year's festival as planned due to "unforeseen scheduling conflicts." Flying Lotus will take the stage in his place with a 3D live show on Friday night (May 11).

"While we are disappointed Chance won't be with us, we are excited to contribute to his philanthropy SocialWorks and look forward to the next opportunity to support each other's missions through music," the festival said in a statement posted to Twitter.

The festival kicks off this weekend in Mayer, Arizona, with performances by Charli XCX, Skrillex, Fleet Foxes and Courtney Barnett. See FORM's full statement below.
