Kendrick Lamar performs as a special guest on the Coachella stage during week 1, day 1 of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 13, 2018 in Indio, Calif.

On the heels of taking out Australia’s coveted Hottest 100 poll, Kendrick Lamar will head Down Under for a multi-city, mid-winter arena tour.

The Compton rapper was already slated to head south for the July 20-22 Splendour in the Grass festival in Byron Bay, and he’ll augment that show with DAMN. tour dates for Perth (July 10), Melbourne (July 13), Adelaide (July 15) and Sydney (July 24).

K-Dot will also squeeze in two New Zealand dates, in Dunedin (July 17) and Auckland (July 19). There’s no sideshow for Brisbane, however, which is less than two hours’ drive from the Splendour site in North Byron Parklands.

The freshly-crowned Pulitzer Prize winner was last in Australia back in March 2016 for a headline performance at the Byron Bay Bluesfest, and a string of Live Nation-promoted sideshows.

Live Nation Australasia will produce the 2018 DAMN. Tour of Australia and New Zealand, tickets for which go on sale Monday (April 30).

DAMN. debuted and peaked at No. 2 on the ARIA Albums Chart in April 2017. Lead single “HUMBLE.” went one better when it topped Triple J’s annual Hottest 100 countdown in January of this year.
