Fujikawa is an entertainer himself
Hudson's beau was formerly a guitarist in the band Chief. The California band was a quartet that also featured Fujikawa’s brother Michael as a drummer.
He founded Lightwave Records
Despite not being involved in Chief at present, Fujikawa still has ties to the music industry. In 2013, he and Chris Acosta of The Delta Mirror founded Lightwave Records, which according to the imprint’s Facebook page, was an effort "to release their music on their own terms."
He first met Hudson over 15 years ago
The couple celebrated their one-year anniversary in December 2017 but have been friends much longer. Per an Instagram post Hudson shared for the anniversary, she met Fujikawa at age 23 when she was pregnant with her first son, Ryder.
He has other family famous family members
Hudson shared in the Instagram post just how they met -- through famous friends. "His step sisters are my best friends [Sara and Erin Foster] and so it goes we have been in the same circle for over a decade," the caption revealed.
His Instagram is a treasure trove of funny selfies and memes
Although he hasn’t posted in nearly a year, Fujikawa’s Instagram account is a gem. He’s shared his in-studio process, sheet mask selfies, and everything in between. The father-to-be also loves a good meme, often taking to the platform to post viral examples of "good parenting" and glitched-out versions of himself.
