Lorde performs during 2017 Governors Ball Music Festival - Day 1 at Randall's Island on June 2, 2017 in New York City.

When Lorde entered the Six God’s hometown of Toronto to perform as part of her Melodrama World Tour, she knew she’d have to give Drizzy a shout out.

At recent tour stops, the singer-songwriter has paid homage to each city's great talent, recently covering "Love Lockdown" by Kanye West at a show in Chicago. “Great hug-giver” Lorde says of Drake. “Very good hugs.”

Lorde then went on to give a chilling cover of Take Care’s “Shot For Me.” In the fan-made video you can see Lorde sitting on the stage in a bright white dress, with a purple background enveloping her.

With Run The Jewels and Mitski as openers, the singer-songwriter will continue to tour through North America until April 15. She then will tackle the European leg of her tour on her own. Check out the video here.
