Margot Robbie was once a massive heavy metal fan, which is a stark contrast to her blonde locks and girly style. However, the metal junkie got a little surprise from her favorite bands during a recent BBC Radio 1 interview.

The Oscar-nominated actress was taking part in host Nick Grimshaw’s Heart Rate Monitor segment, in which he shows a mix of embarrassing and emotional clips relating to the guest. At one point in the show, Grimshaw asks Robbie about her favorite music artists.

“When I was younger, I was really into Metallic?a. I went to a Slipknot concert when I was younger,” she replied. “I was into Thrice, Bullet For My Valentine. I loved them back in the day.”

Grimshaw then tells Robbie to look at the monitor, which showed a clip from a Bullet For My Valentine concert in Saskatoon, Canada. The actress’ heart rate skyrocketed as frontman Matthew Tuck dedicates “Tears Don’t Fall’ to her.

“The next song we’re going to play is dedicated to a very special, very beautiful, talented young woman. You will all know her from such Hollywood blockbusters as Suicide Squad and The Wolf Of Wall Street. Ladies and gentlemen, make some noise for the amazing Margot Robbie. We’re going to take you back, Margot. This one’s for you.”

The excitement continued with a surprise video from Corey Taylor of Slipknot: “I heard you came to see Slipknot a long time ago and I just wanted to thank you and say how chuffed I am about your success. It’s really, really massive. If you ever want to come to another Slipknot show, just let us know – hopefully it’s as crazy as you remember it.

“Yes,” Robbie immediately replied to the invitation in disbelief. Watch the clip below, beginning around the 6-minute mark.
