The Napa event Includes 80 musical acts, high-end wine and food.

One year after being acquired by Live Nation, the BottleRock festival held in Northern California's wine country is back with a headliner list that includes Bruno Mars, the Killers and Muse.

Also performing at the May 25-27 festival are 80 other acts, including the Chainsmokers, Halsey, Snoop Dogg, Incubus, Earth, Wind & Fire, the Head and the Heart, Billy Idol and a DJ set by Mike D from the Beastie Boys. The high-end festival, now in its sixth year, highlights the best in Northern California cuisine and wine and includes the Williams-Sonoma Culinary Stage, combining world renown chefs with musical performers for live cooking demonstrations.

"We're absolutely delighted to have Bruno Mars in the lineup because his music speaks to so many different types of people and demographics. He is going to be a perfect fit for us," said Dave Graham, CEO of BottleRock Napa Valley and BottleRock Presents, which along with Justin Dragoo and Jason Scoggins bought the one-year-old festival in 2014 as it was teetering on the brink of insolvency from its inaugural 2013 run. The trio formed Latitude 38 Entertainment, purchased the assets, eliminated half of the debt and turned the event around into one of North America's premier music festivals that sells out annually.

"The theme this year is very fun and upbeat," Graham tells Billboard. "There's going to be a lot of dancing this year and we're delighted with what we're delivering."

Last year's festival featured headlining sets by Maroon 5, Foo Fighters and one of the final shows from Tom Petty, who passed away in 2017.

"It was an honor on so many levels, as a person from Napa, to be able to have a part in bringing Tom Petty to BottleRock to our community," Graham said.

General admission 3-day tickets start at $349, while VIP tickets are $749. Skydeck and Platinum Passes are also available. Festival passes go on sale at 10 a.m. PST on Tuesday, Jan. 9 at BottleRockNapaValley.com.
