Selena Gomez, Camila Cabello, Kelly Clarkson & More on What They Hope for in 2018

As the year comes to a close, Billboard asked some of music’s biggest names, including Selena Gomez, Camila Cabello and Kelly Clarkson, to discuss what they are most looking forward to in 2018, while at the 2017 Billboard Women in Music event.

“My year of music,” says Selena Gomez of what she's anticipating for the new year. Last month, the “Bad Liar” singer stated that she would be releasing new music in 2018, promising to make an “epic album” during her acceptance speech for Billboard's "Woman of the Year" award.

Camila Cabello says that 2018 will be “my year of new experiences, lots of laughs. Traveling.”

Kelly Clarkson hopes for a much more positive 2018, sharing, “It’s gonna be a really great year, and hopefully all this drama that’s been happening in 2017 will make for a positive 2018.”

Mary J. Blige says that with the new year, she hopes for “new beginnings, transformation, moving forward.”

In the video, which you can watch above, Kehlani, Ciara and Grace VanderWaal also share their hopes for 2018.
