News broke on Tuesday (Sept. 26) that Saudi Arabia will finally allow women to drive for the first time and Rihanna was among the first artists to react to the news. The new policy won't be enacted until June 2018, but it was a big step forward for the nation whose ban on women driving had become an embarassing global black eye.

"Love to see progression," she captioned a photo on Instagram. "Women will now be able to drive in Saudi Arabia."
