The road manager for the rap group Insane Clown Posse pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for a fight with a fan of rap rival Eminem. William Dail, 27, was accused of choking the Eminem fan until he blacked out after an Insane Clown Posse concert in Omaha, Neb., in May.

Dail was scheduled to go to trial on one count of misdemeanor assault and battery yesterday (July 31), but city prosecutors could not find several witnesses. Dail, who traveled from Detroit for the Douglas County Court trial, agreed to plead guilty to one count of disorderly conduct and pay a $100 fine.

The attack occurred when a 24-year-old man held up an Eminem T-shirt and threw a few M&M candies at ICP's two clown-faced rappers, Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J. The man was escorted outside by members of the group's crew, where the confrontation with Dail occurred.
