Set for Oct. 27 in City Park, the eclectic day-long festival will also feature performances by local favorite Better Than Ezra, as well as Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott, Spooks, G. Love & Special Sauce, Gov't Mule, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, John Mayer, Will Hoge, and Tuba. More artists are expected to be added.
General admission tickets for the festival are on sale via Ticketmaster.
In the past two years, the Voodoo Music Festival has presented a wide range of artists on multiple stages. Last year's performers included 311, Stone Temple Pilots, Live, Eminem, Cypress Hill, Counting Crows, Blues Traveler, and Ben Harper; the 1999 lineup featured George Clinton and Parliament/Funkadelic, Wyclef Jean & the Refugee Allstars, Ben Folds Five, Moby, the Roots, and Third Eye Blind.
