88-year-old Frances Stanaway of Missouri still has some game.

The 88-year-old fan who is battling a terminal illness went to Luke Bryan's concert in Kansas City after meeting him backstage where she and Bryan got a lot closer than many of the other fans.

A photo from the meet-and-greet shows Stanaway touching Bryan's butt while he provocatively puts his hand to his mouth in surprise.

The pose is particularly surprising considering his voiced concerns about fans touching his butt. In an interview with Late Late Show host James Corden, Bryan says that there are "quite a few wandering hands" during meet-and-greets which has caused him and his team to create a "no touching of the butt" rule.

Bryan made an exception for Stanaway, whose photo-op with the country singer was made possible through Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care. The team even gifted Stanaway a shirt that read "Shake it for me, Luke" to wear to the show, which Luke signed before putting Stanaway's hands on his butt for the photo.

Watch Stanaway talk about her experience meeting the country star, which she describes as the "night of her life."
