Katy Perry unveils her wax figure for Madame Tussauds Las Vegas at Paramount Studios on Jan. 26, 2013 in Hollywood, Calif.

The internet collectively cringed at the sight of Beyoncé's latest Madame Tussauds wax figure on Tuesday (July 18), a whiter, blonde version of the icon that looks nothing like the Queen Bey we've come to know.

Unfortunately, Beyoncé isn't the only artist to be wronged by the wax museum. Below, five other horrendous wax imitations of celebrities, from a disappointing Justin Bieber replica to an "Anaconda"-era Nicki Minaj.

Katy Perry

The unmistakeable Hershey Kiss-themed bra on this wax figure is about the only thing that brings to mind Katy Perry. Sure, we see where the wax artist was coming from, but the statue is more of a doppelganger -- someone who looks kind of similar to a celebrity -- than a replica of the actual star. Regardless, it's time for an update, now that the Witness singer has chopped her brightly-hued locks in favor of a blonde buzzcut.

Nicki Minaj

My Anaconda don't. This wax figure of Nicki Minaj just doesn't do the "Side to Side" rapper justice. The statue's provocative pose may have been intended to recreate Nicki's iconic "Anaconda" music video, but did they have to immortalize the accomplished artist on all fours? Even so, at least Nicki seemed to have appreciated it.

Justin Bieber

It's not just Justin Bieber's infectious musical offerings, but also his handsome looks, that have earned the pop singer an obsessive fan base over the years. And for most Beliebers, the closest they'll come to gazing into those hazel eyes in person is with a visit to Madame Tussauds'. So it's all the more tragic that Bieber's wax figure barely resembles the star, even in his baby-faced years. Is it too late now to say sorry?

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez does not look pleased in this wax statue attempt, but neither are we. The Madame Tussauds figure has lighter skin, flatter hair, and all-around smaller features than the Puerto Rican "Jenny From The Block" it intends to replicate.

Selena Gomez

This wax figure of pop star Selena Gomez isn't atrocious, but as the singer might say, "It Ain't Me." Something about the figure's face just isn't right -- the cheeks? Maybe the lips? -- and the hairdo would require a major makeover to accommodate Selena's 2017 look.
