"You are an inspiration," the rapper writes in a note to Tyler Wesley.

Jokes abound that Kanye West's first and only love is Kanye West, but he clearly cares about his fans -- in particular, a paralyzed boy named Tyler Wesley.

Wesley, who was involved in a car accident five years ago that left him paralyzed from the shoulders down, posted a photo to his Instagram account Tuesday showing a pair of white Yeezy Boosts 350 and a note, apparently handwritten by West.

"Tyler, you are an inspiration," the note reads. "You show the world anything is possible. Thank you for sharing your story."

Wesley has been actively documenting his progress and recovery on Instagram and Twitter, posting positive statements and videos of him working with physical therapists. A video he posted to Twitter in May even shows him taking a few shaky steps.

Thanks to those new Yeezys, Wesley will be able to take his next steps in style.
