Watch '60s Soul Singers The Masqueraders Launch Their Comeback on 'America's Got Talent'

The Masqueraders had a Hot 100 hit almost exactly 50 years ago with “I Ain't Got To Love Nobody Else.” Fast forward to 2017, and the vocal group is mounting a long-overdue comeback by way of America’s Got Talent.

Their first stint in the spotlight back in the ‘60s was cut short due to racial tensions with their label. But they “never stopped dreaming,” the soulful trio told AGT judge Simon Cowell as they launched into a performance of the Sam Cooke classic "A Change Is Gonna Come.”

For the record, “I Ain't Got To Love Nobody Else” reached No. 57 on the Hot 100 in 1968, and was The Masqueraders' only track to impact Billboard's charts. Their latest performance scored a resounding "yes” from each of the four AGT judges. Maybe change is gonna come. Check out the performance below.
