Slipknot Confirms 21 U.S. Dates

Having just wrapped a co-headlining stint with System Of A Down on the Pledge of Allegiance tour, masked hard rock act Slipknot will return to the road in the U.S. for a 21-date tour that begins Nov.

Having just wrapped a co-headlining stint with System Of A Down on the Pledge of Allegiance tour, masked hard rock act Slipknot will return to the road in the U.S. for a 21-date tour that begins Nov. 20 in Green Bay, Wis. The group has also confirmed new dates in 2002 for a handful of U.K. shows that were postponed in the wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

Slipknot is touring in support of its latest Roadrunner effort "Iowa," which debuted at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 in September and has sold 553,000 copies to date in the U.S., according to SoundScan.
