Stephen Belafonte and Mel B arrive at the Maxim Hot 100 Party on July 30, 2016, in Los Angeles.

Mel B (born Melanie Brown) has reportedly obtained a restraining order against Lorraine Gilles, the former nanny that the Spice Girl claims had an affair with her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte. According to TMZ, the singer claims in the court order that Gilles was having sex with Belafonte and got pregnant by him. Neither Belafonte nor Gilles had responded to the allegations at press time.

TMZ reported that the America's Got Talent star's lawyers sought the court order in an effort to gain access to a storage locker rented in Gilles' name, which B believes has sex tapes and photos that Gilles and Belafonte have threatened to release in order to embarrass the "Wannabe" singer. A judge has reportedly ordered Gilles to stay 100 yards away from Mel B and not harass her and to not remove any property from the storage locker.

The effort is the latest salvo in an increasingly messy divorce proceeding between Mel B and Belafonte, which included her filing for a temporary restraining order against  Belafonte in which Brown claimed that her husband of nearly a decade threatened, abused and exploited her over the course of their marriage. Earlier this week TMZ reported that Belafonte has filed for divorce from Brown, seeking spousal support and citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for his petition, the same one cited by the singer.
