"America's Got Talent" judges Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell with host Tyra Banks.

America’s Got Talent is set to launch its 12th season on May 30, and Billboard has an exclusive first look at the brand-new promo art featuring all four returning judges, plus new host Tyra Banks in the mix.

Banks -- who will replace longtime MC Nick Cannon -- is the first female host in the show’s history. She is featured standing next to Heidi Klum, while Simon Cowell takes the center of the shot next to Mel B, and Howie Mandel playfully rubs his chin underneath the tagline: "Summer starts here!"

“We are thrilled to have Tyra join the show this season, and her chemistry with the judges is undeniable,” America's Got Talent executive producer Jason Raff tells Billboard. “We cannot wait to see what talent comes through the door this year after discovering Grace VanderWaal last season.”

When Billboard caught up with Cowell at the show's season 12 kick-off event last month in Pasadena, California, he was confident this season would turn up the talent. "If you can’t find one good person, bearing in mind the size of this country and the size of this show, then we’ve totally screwed up; there’s a problem," Cowell said. "I can’t accept the odds like that. It's like, enough people have talent: There’s got to be one."

America’s Got Talent premieres Tuesday, May 30, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC, followed by the debut of the Jennifer Lopez-produced competition show World of Dance.
