Music Stars Pay Tribute to Bill Paxton on Social Media

Actor Bill Paxton, who starred in such films as Aliens, Titanic, and Twister, has died after complications from surgery. He was 61.

Throughout his four-decade career, Paxton also appeared in films including The Terminator (1984), Weird Science (1985), Predator 2 (1990), Tombstone (1993), True Lies (1994), Apollo 13 (1995), Titanic (1997), and Edge of Tomorrow (2014).

On television, he starred in the HBO series Big Love from 2006–2011 and was received an Emmy nom for his role in History's miniseries Hatfields & McCoys.
