Moved to its third projected release date, now set for April 23, the 16-track project finds the longtime NBN members Treach and Vinnie collaborating with a wide range of artists.

Gabriel -- whose next solo album, "Up," has been more than five years in the making (see today's story) -- appears on the Dream Team-produced track "Fight Back." Latifah, meanwhile, chimes in on "Red Light," produced by Allstar.

The artists join previously confirmed guest appearances by Method Man and Redman, Pink, Carl Thomas, Rottin Raskalz, and Road Dawgs. Other producers enlisted for the set are Junod, Da Beatminerz, Lil Jon, DJ Twinz, King Shameek, Hot Block, and Genna.
