When Fifth Harmony canceled their performance of the U.S. national anthem before the 2017 NHL All-Star Game, attention turned to Carly Rae Jepsen and her own presentation. She didn’t disappoint.

The “Call Me Maybe” singer, almost unrecognizable in short-cropped blonde hair, delivered a rousing rendition of her country’s national anthem, “O Canada” at the Staples Center Sunday night in Los Angeles.

Courtney Daniels replaced Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui to sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" and pulled off a great save.
