Matthew Healy of the 1975 performs live on day 3 of Reading Festival at Richfield Avenue on Aug. 28, 2016 in Reading, England.

The 1975 will embark on a spring tour of North America in support of their breakthrough second full-length LP, I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It.

The British alternative rock act will kick off their trek April 9 with a hattrick of dates in Mexico before hitting venues across the U.S. and Canada.

The itinerary includes a sold-out date at Madison Square Garden and will come to a halt June 3 at Express Live! In Columbus, Ohio. European shows will follow.

The 1975 is basking in the commercial and critical success of I Like It When You Sleep… which gave the band its first No. 1 in the U.S. and Australia, and a second chart-topper in the U.K. (the group’s self-titled debut also hit the top in their homeland in 2013).

The latest album placed eighth on Billboard’s Best Albums of 2016 survey and earned the 1975 a performance slot and a brace of nominations for next month’s Brit Awards (for British group and British album of the year).
