A year after the death of René Angélil, Celine Dion has shared a video in remembrance of her husband's life.

"Today, January 14th, it’s been a year since René left us. He will always be in our hearts," the singer captioned the video, which begins with snapshots of Angélil as a baby. It goes on to show photos and clips of him performing on stage and sharing personal moments with Dion and family.

Angélil discovered Dion when she was 12 years old and managed her career. The pair married later in life, in December 1994. He died on Jan. 14, 2016 after a long battle with throat cancer.
