Watch 'American Idol' Alum Joey Cook and Postmodern Jukebox Cover Cage the Elephant

American Idol Season 14 alum Joey Cook and Postmodern Jukebox have teamed up for another collaboration, this time giving Cage the Elephant's "'Aint No Rest for the Wicked" a '30s-style twist.

Assisted by PMJ clarinet aficionado Jacob Stesney, Cook vamps it up, barefoot, for a jazz inspired version of the alternative rock breakthrough hit -- complete with finger snaps.

"Since the original version of “Ain’t No Rest For The Wicked” tells a story in each verse in a similar manner to classic jazz tunes like “Mack The Knife,” it wasn’t hard to flip this into jazz," says Scott Bradlee of Postmodern Jukebox. "Joey’s vocals are brilliant and straight out of the 1930s here, making the transformation to small band swing complete."

Postmodern Jukebox is set to hit the road for a North American Tour kicking off Jan. 19 in Palm Springs, California. Watch the video below:
