Bruce Springsteen to Speak at Monmouth University

Bruce Springsteen is going back to college.

The Freehold, New Jersey native will be interviewed in front of a live audience Jan. 10 at the Pollak Theatre at Monmouth University in West Long Branch.

The talk will be moderated by Robert Santelli, a New Jersey native who is now the executive director of the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles. Santelli, a former reporter, edited Springsteen’s 2001 book Songs and published Greetings from E Street: The Story of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band in 2006.

This isn’t Springsteen’s first time being interviewed in front of an audience. He was previously interviewed by David Remnick of The New Yorker at New York City’s Town Hall in October.
