VH1 Divas Holiday: Unsilent Night has partnered with VH1 Save the Music Foundation to provide Park Place Community Middle School's youth choir the opportunity to sing in an exclusive pre-show performance for the upcoming special airing next month.

The Park Place Community Middle School received a grant from VH1 Save the Music Foundation in 2014, and has since gone on to perform with singer Gloria Estefan at the 2015 39th Annual Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks show.

Since its inception almost 20 years ago, the VH1 Save the Music Foundation has donated $53 million worth of instruments to 2,024 public schools across the nation, affording students the opportunity to excel in the arts.

The VH1 Divas Holiday: Unsilent Night will make its return after a four-year hiatus and air on Monday, Dec. 5, at 9 p.m. ET with performances from Mariah Carey, Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Vanessa Williams and Teyana Taylor.

A limited number of tickets to the show will be available with a donation to VH1 Save The Foundation.
