Portland rapper Aminé fired shots at president-elect Donald Trump during a performance of his single “Caroline” on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night (Nov. 15).

For his TV debut, Aminé included a never-before-heard verse with the single, which peaked at No. 18 on the Hot 100. "You can never make America great again, all you ever did was make this country hate again," he solemnly spit.

A live band and hometown backup singers supported a confident Aminé as he played the keyboard and worked the stage. At just the start of his career, he’s already proving to be far more than a one-hit-wonder and banana bread connoisseur.
