'American Idol' Alum C.J. Harris Arrested Again in Alabama

American Idol season 13 top six finalist C.J. Harris is back in jail after turning himself in to the authorities on Monday, according to TMZ. Harris is being held without bail in Alabama.

A warrant was put out for his arrest when Harris failed to show up for a court date on Oct. 27. Harris allegedly mixed up the date of the hearing.

The 25-year-old singer was booked on three counts of alleged felony distribution of a controlled substance, including oxycodone and marijuana.

The Walker County Sheriff Office previously confirmed the arrest on its Facebook page. Harris was arrested by the narcotics and SWAT divisions, who "conducted a drug distribution and warrant roundup." Eighteen warrants, 14 of which were drug related, were issued.

Harris us being held without bail until a hearing later this month.

​Harris competed in 2014, finishing in sixth place. Caleb Johnson was crowned the winner.
