People are scared of clowns year round, but Halloween weekend is an especially fitting time to enjoy getting freaked out by the stuff of childhood nightmares. Enter Bob the Drag Queen, whose new video "Bloodbath" -- premiering on Billboard below and available on iTunes now -- finds the RuPaul's Drag Race season 8 champion becoming Bob the Scary-as-Shit Drag Clown.

The video starts innocently enough with Bob and his husband (played by DJ Mitch Ferrino, featured on the track) fawning over their teenage son as they send him off on a date. Once he's gone, though, they drop the quaint veneer, break out the clown makeup/leather and spend the night stalking their son and terrorizing his date. (What's scarier than a clown? An overprotective parent.)

"My need to slay just came in handy / I'll eat your liver with a nice Chianti," Bob raps, making a delicious Silence of the Lambs reference over an eerie piano riff that wouldn't sound out of place in a John Carpenter film.

Watch the "Bloodbath" video -- which Bob co-directed -- above and stick around 'til the end for some helpful tips about getting roast chicken from Gristedes.
