Spotify's Top Summer Songs of 2016: 'Work From Home,' 'One Dance' & More

Drake's "One Dance" is not only No. 1 on Billboard's Songs of the Summer chart, but also Spotify's most-listened-to track during the past three months. Spotify revealed the annual list of their most-streamed songs on a global and national level during June 1 to Aug. 31. In both lists, "One Dance" dominated as the most popular track.

"Drake's 'One Dance' is incredibly easy to remember and by the end of Spring, it had already positioned itself as the favorite," Spotify's spokesperson/trends expert Shanon Cook said in a statement. "Other songs like Sia's 'Cheap Thrills,' The Chainsmokers' 'Don't Let Me Down' and Calvin Harris' hit 'This Is What You Came For' made this summer very fun, danceable and memorable."

Other artists that made the global list include Fifth Harmony, Desiigner, Mike Posner, Rihanna and Adele. Listen to Spotify's Global top 25 Songs of the Summer playlist below:
