Lukas Graham has canceled a string of tour dates as frontman Lukas Forchhammer battles with “extreme exhaustion.”

The Danish soul-pop group has pulled the pin on its first-ever Australian shows, originally booked for Melbourne this Saturday (Aug. 13 at Max Watt’s) and in Sydney next Tuesday (Aug. 16 at Metro Theatre). A show scheduled this Wednesday (Aug. 10) at Tokyo’s Ebisu Liquid Room is also canceled. “Lukas is suffering with extreme exhaustion and is unable to perform the shows,” promoter Frontier Touring notes in a statement.

Lukas Graham Dominates Australia's Charts, Breaks Record

Lukas Graham’s career reached full bloom when their 2015 single "7 Years" exploded into a worldwide hit.

Earlier this year, “7 Years” set the longest streak at No. 1 by a Danish act in the U.K. and Australia and led the Billboard Twitter Emerging Artists chart. The group’s self-titled third album also topped the charts in the U.K. and Australia.

Lukas Graham’s next run of dates is due to start Nov. 10 at The Vogue Theatre in Vancouver, Canada.
