It takes a strong man, baby, to cover George Michael, but Adam Lambert was up to the task on the season finale of ABC's Greatest Hits Thursday night (Aug. 4).

"We have a multi-talented child of the '80s born back in 1982," said co-host Kelsea Ballerini as she introduced the American Idol Season 8 alum.

"The boy can sing," surmised host Arsenio Hall.

The show -- which featured hits from 1980 through 2005 -- also included performances by Ariana Grande, Celine DionFlo Rida, John Legend, Hunter Hayes with Smash Mouth, Nelly, Richard Marx, Men at Work frontman Colin Hay, and Sheryl Crow, who paired up with Ballerini.
