Justin Timberlake, Troye Sivan & More Musicians You'll Find at San Diego Comic-Con 2016

Comic-Con 2016 starts Wednesday, bringing comic geeks, movie critics, TV fans and, well, at this point, pretty much everyone together to experience an eclectic lineup of events and stars. This year’s Comic-Con includes panels and premieres of summer blockbusters and the celebrity power behind them.

In addition to the panels, there's also exclusive parties, concerts, fan meet-ups and even a Pokémon Go Bar Crawl. The list of actors, artists, directors, writers and more continues to grow in preparation of the event, and musicians are no exception.

Here is a list of all the Comic-Con 2016 events announced so far featuring music artists:

Wednesday, July 20

-The MTV Fandom Awards pre-party at Fluxx nightclub in San Diego will include an appearance by Tyga.

-Troye Sivan is giving a free concert in partnership with SweeTARTS Follow Your Tart Campaign at Horton Plaza Park. The X-Men Origins: Wolverine actor and pop artist’s concert is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, July 21

-Justin Timberlake will take the stage with Anna Kendrick in a panel discussing their upcoming animated movie Trolls.

-The new Rocky Horror Picture Show television remake directed by Kenny Ortega will have a panel at Comic-Con, which will include Christina Milian, Victoria Justice and Laverne Cox.

-Metal band Slayer will perform at the House of Blues as part of Comic-Con’s week of festivities. The band will return to the convention center Friday to sign autographs at the Dark Horse Comics booth.

-Other events incorporating music into the Comic-Con schedule include a talk titled Hip-Hop & Comics: Cultures Combining and a Final Symphony: Music From Final Fantasy VI, VII and X concert performed by the San Diego Symphony Orchestra at Jacobs Music Center’s Copley Symphony Hall, both on Thursday.

Friday, July 22

-Vanessa Hudgens will attend a screening and Q&A for her upcoming NBC DC Comics series Powerless.

-The cast of Scream Queens will host a panel featuring stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Emma Roberts, as well as former Glee star Lea Michele.

-Fox is set to host their party Friday night at The Andaz Hotel Rooftop. Celebrities expected to attend include pop/R&B artist Christina Milian and actress/singer Victoria Justice of the Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Saturday, July 23

-In one of the most star-studded events of Comic-Con, Warner Bros. will lead a presentation of its upcoming films, including Suicide Squad’s Will Smith, Margot Robbie and Jared Leto, and Kong: Skull Island’s Tom Hiddleston and Brie Larson.

-Funny or Die will host a party Saturday night with an appearance by Canadian record producer and artist Ryan Hemsworth.
