"I totally understand Ashley's feelings," Schumer tweets.

Amy Schumer has responded to model Ashley Graham’s comments about Schumer’s confusion over being considered "plus-size" by Glamour magazine. In a new interview with Cosmopolitan, Graham stated, “I can see both sides, but Amy talks about being a big girl in the industry. You thrive on being a big girl, but when you’re grouped in with us, you’re not happy about it? That, to me, felt like a double standard.”

Schumer took a dig at herself in her Twitter response to Graham's quote, adding that she has "nothing but respect for her."

In an April Instagram post, Schumer expressed her confusion over being included in Glamour’s plus-size issue. The comedian stated, “Plus size is considered a size 16 in America. I go between a size 6 and an 8. @glamourmag put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn’t feel right to me. Young girls seeing my body type thinking that is plus size?”

Much like Schumer, Graham doesn't like to identify as plus-size. “Just because I’m not calling myself plus-size doesn’t mean I’m not representing a woman who is…. I’m giving curvy women a seat at a table that we’ve never been invited to before -- a table with high-end fashion people who have never considered us beautiful,” the model told Cosmo.
