A motorist has been charged with murder for allegedly hitting a woman who was waiting outside a radio station with a group of fans to see pop star Justin Timberlake. Cameron Albert Duty, 21, was charged yesterday (Sept. 11) with one count of murdering Anne White, 21. He remains jailed on $1 million bail pending a Sept. 26 arraignment in California Superior Court.

White was standing on the sidewalk outside the studios of KIIS-FM in neighboring Burbank on Monday night when a pickup backed up and hit her. The woman was pinned under the truck, which then went forward and dragged her about a block, police said.

Duty was stopped about a block away by police. Police have said he did not know the woman and apparently did not intend to hit her.

The radio station was hosting a special late-night interview with Timberlake, who is promoting his upcoming solo album, "Justified," due Nov. 5 from Jive.
